Is my Copilot Health data used to train AI or for ads?
Microsoft says no. Copilot Health conversations are not shared with the rest of Copilot, are not used to train AI models, and are not used for advertising, and health data is not sold. Conversation activity is stored for 18 months by default and can be deleted at any time.
Can I use Copilot Health on Android or with a Garmin or WHOOP?
Not directly, according to the FAQ. Copilot Health runs on the web, Windows, and iOS, and its wearable connections start with Apple Health, so a device must sync into Apple Health to contribute. Murph runs in iMessage or Telegram on any phone and connects Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, and Health Connect directly.
