Material tradeoffs
- The lesson format gives real structure, but it keeps you inside a weight curriculum. Murph has no lesson sequence, no human coaching program, and no prescribing clinic. It starts from whatever question you bring.
- Weight and Med prices, renewal terms, state availability, and whether medication is included all deserve a careful look at checkout.
- Compounded medications are not FDA approved. They are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality the way approved drugs are.
Common questions about Murph and Noom
What kind of coaching does Noom Weight include?
Noom Weight uses psychology-based lessons, meal logging, calorie guidance, and habit tools. Whether a coach is available depends on the plan. Coaching is not licensed medical care.
Does Noom include weight loss medication?
Noom Weight does not. Noom Med sells separate plans where a licensed clinician can check your eligibility. Drug cost, insurance coverage, state availability, and what each plan includes all vary.
Can Murph replace Noom or Noom Med?
No. Noom's lessons, food color system, and Noom Med clinicians are distinct services that Murph does not offer. Murph fits when you want to log meals and talk through food, sleep, and other health questions in one place. It cannot prescribe, and it should not override a plan from a clinician.
