The evidence is moderately supportive for a meal-window glucose self-experiment, especially in type 2 diabetes or impaired-glucose-tolerance risk, but mixed or limited for general adults, long-term metabolic markers, GI symptoms, sleep, blood pressure, lipids, inflammation, and disease treatment outcomes; direct adverse-event reporting is limited.
