Feature
Scheduled phone calls in Telegram
A direct Telegram conversation can now run an approved scheduled phone call and bring the result back to Telegram.
Murph rechecks the direct Telegram route immediately before dialing and again before delivering the result. If that route is temporarily unavailable, the stored result waits and recovers when the route returns instead of going to another conversation. Group and email schedules remain ineligible.
Improvements
Improvement
A more complete message count
Murph's public message total now includes successful conversational Telegram and email replies alongside incoming messages and tracked iMessage replies.
Tracking begins with this release and counts each successfully sent conversation message once, including one sent message per group-email recipient. Older Telegram and email history is not reconstructed.
Improvement
Workout card updates reach Murph reliably
Equivalent phone and server timestamp formats no longer stop newly submitted workout card updates from reaching Murph.
The update keeps the existing exact identity and stale-card checks while accepting timestamps that represent the same instant. Earlier rejected attempts are not replayed automatically.
Improvement
First replies now finish account setup cleanly
When someone messages Murph immediately after joining, Murph can answer without leaving the new conversation's setup work behind.
Welcome messages stay on their durable delivery path and remain available as context for the member's first direct reply, while shared-room setup keeps its existing isolated path.
Improvement
Connected health setup can recover
A connected health source can now continue syncing when its provider connection succeeds but the browser return does not reach Murph.
Murph waits for a signed source update and verifies that exact source with the provider before normal sync work continues. Existing consent and disconnect safeguards still apply.
Improvement
Clearer account deletion retries
Account deletion now keeps its confirmation open when connected-app setup is still finishing, so members can see when to retry.
The guidance waits for setup to finish or time out, and every retry still requires fresh authorization.
Improvement
Earlier context housekeeping for long chats
Murph now compacts very long conversation context at 132k tokens instead of 164k, reducing repeated context processing while preserving the active task.
Personal conversations may show the existing context progress update sooner. Group conversations continue to keep that maintenance update out of the room, and very long tool-heavy turns have less uninterrupted headroom than under the previous setting.
Improvement
Keep workout sync moving past incomplete streams
Connected wearables can now continue syncing other workouts when one workout contains an incomplete metric stream.
Murph skips the affected workout instead of guessing timestamp matches or replacing previously complete workout metrics.
Improvement
Clear previews for approval links
Approval links Murph sends now unfurl with a dedicated card saying Murph is waiting on your OK, instead of the generic homepage preview.
The preview stays generic on purpose: link previews are fetched without your login, so the card never shows what you are approving. The approval screen itself is unchanged.
Improvement
Clear previews for more Murph links
Referral invites, device connect nudges, and group sponsorship links now unfurl with dedicated cards instead of the generic homepage preview.
Biomarker research, experiment research and results, and checkout pages also show their own cards again, and biomarker and experiment preview images that previously failed to load now render. Previews stay generic on purpose: they are fetched without your login, so they never include your data or promise anything a link can no longer deliver.

Improvements
Improvement
Experiment reminders keep their place
Scheduled experiment reminders now take priority over background syncing, and a reply stays attached to the exact reminder that prompted it.
Murph verifies the delivered reminder's experiment and planned session before recording that occurrence. Multiple reminders for the same planned session still count once. Plans with several sessions per day count each session separately across reminders, progress, and Results, and do not treat silence as completed work.
Improvement
Clearer biomarker result loading
Biomarker result pages now keep their reading, trend, and history structure visible while saved labs load.
Usable saved results stay in place without an extra refresh notice while Murph checks for updates in the background.
Murph can now total the supported vitamins, minerals, and water found in connected or saved meal records.
Each nutrient shows how many meals contributed data, so missing or partial fields stay distinct from zero. Source-app daily targets and dashboard percentages remain in the source app.
Improvement
Faster private dashboard loading
Authenticated dashboard pages now load the private data they need instead of waiting for the full connected-health history.
Home and Training open from a compact core, while wearable history loads only on biomarker and experiment pages that need it and remains available in the complete vault export.
Follow-ups to Murph's reminders and check-ins now start faster as your conversation history grows.
Murph still carries the relevant prior message into the reply and avoids repeating older context.
Improvement
First-time Apple Health connections can continue
Connecting Apple Health for the first time no longer stops when Murph still needs to create the connected-health account.
The expected first-time account check now proceeds into setup while preserving cancellation and timeout safeguards.
Improvement
More useful next steps for recurring health problems
When a private health problem keeps returning, Murph now uses the relevant history to recommend one practical, bounded trial instead of a list of generic wellness ideas.
Urgent and clinician-led needs still take priority, and starting a tracked experiment, reminder, or check-in still requires the member's authorization.
Improvement
More reliable food lookups
Murph now keeps broad food-label searches responsive instead of letting unusually large matching catalogs time out.
Exact food IDs and barcodes still use direct lookups. Name searches remain ranked and deduplicated while Murph limits the catalog work behind each request.
Improvement
Reliable phone-call follow-up
Murph can now check a recent phone call when you ask, report its final result promptly, and stop an exact active call on request.
Call status stays tied to your account and distinguishes an active call, pending analysis, a completed outcome, and a failed attempt without guessing. Every final result now returns to the requesting conversation.

Improvements
Improvement
Correct a shared daily health value
When a group health value is out of date, you can tell Murph the correct dated value and Murph will keep it as a separate manual source.
Murph keeps connected-device readings intact, treats a contradicted group snapshot as unverified, and refreshes existing group shares after the manual value is safely recorded.
Improvement
Daily and weekly reminders know when to pause
When an ordinary daily or weekly reminder receives no reply, Murph now asks once whether to keep, change, or pause it instead of repeating indefinitely.
If that question also goes unanswered, later ordinary reminders stay quiet until someone replies about the reminder or asks Murph to resume or change it. A longer cadence or unusual delay continues the cue when its prior delivery evidence has expired, rather than guessing from missing context. In groups, Murph asks the room and never blames a participant. Medication, clinician-directed, and safety-critical reminders keep sending unless explicitly changed or paused.
Improvement
Murph understands more connected health data
Murph can now use returned connected basal-calorie and recorded insulin data instead of treating those signals as unavailable.
Basal calories remain an expenditure estimate, not food intake. Insulin answers describe matching records from a bounded read, never claim an exhaustive total or absence, and do not recommend prescription changes.
Improvement
Connected health refreshes recover on schedule
A connected health source can now resume its scheduled refresh after an interrupted handoff instead of remaining stuck on an update Murph already handled.
Recovery keeps the existing bounded schedule and connection ownership, respects health-data consent, and does not require the member to reconnect the source.
Improvement
Workout sets follow your saved routine
When you report several completed sets in an alternating routine, Murph now checks the saved plan for today's exercise before recording them.
Each confirmed set is logged separately with the current standard. If the saved routine cannot identify one target, Murph asks before changing workout history.
Improvement
Fixed set targets carry through your workout
When you set one exact repetition count for every set in an active workout, Murph now applies it to later completed sets without asking you to repeat it.
An explicit result still takes priority. Murph asks for clarification instead of guessing when a target is a range, AMRAP, conflicting, or ambiguous.
Improvement
Reminder updates verify themselves
After Murph saves or changes a timed reminder, it now checks an inconclusive scheduler read once before replying instead of asking you to request the check.
If timing still cannot be confirmed, Murph tells you the reminder is saved and avoids claiming the next run. It does not repeat the write or create a duplicate reminder.
Improvement
Group health updates keep every source
When several wearables report the same shared health measure, group Murph now keeps each value and labels it with its source instead of showing only one device.
This applies across steps, sleep, workouts, activity, heart-rate zones, and other existing group health shares. The same permission choices and controls remain in place, and their descriptions now state that shared values include public source names.
Improvement
Wearable corrections finish reliably
When a connected source corrects caffeine, water, or mindfulness across days, Murph now keeps retrying each affected daily total until the correction imports successfully.
Each source and day refresh stays bounded and isolated. A successful empty day clears a displaced total, while an unavailable provider endpoint stays pending instead of erasing data.
Improvement
Keep wearable updates moving through busy moments
Connected wearables now buffer large bursts of provider updates so they do not overwhelm sync admission.
Murph verifies and encrypts each supported update before durable handoff, processes updates with bounded database pressure, and retains failed work for recovery. Existing consent, connection, source, and duplicate checks still run before an update becomes sync work.
Improvement
A faster homepage after sign-in
The homepage no longer downloads dashboard data just because you are signed in, so returning to Murph starts with less browser work.
Murph may prepare a fresh dashboard copy in the background after the homepage responds, using your existing access and health-data consent. Your browser downloads that data only when you open the dashboard.
The floating health topics around the homepage hero are lighter again, keeping the main message in focus.
People, hover feedback, and keyboard focus remain visually distinct.

New features
Feature
Log workouts directly in Messages
Active workout cards now let you enter sets, add exercises, and send the update to Murph without composing a chat message.
Murph accepts the update through short-lived Messages access, verifies that the exact active workout still matches the card, and confirms the applied result before the editor reports success; stale or ambiguous updates fail closed.
Feature
Bring your workout history into Murph
Murph can now inspect and import Strong and Hevy workout exports as one historical batch, and can safely adapt other clear workout CSV layouts without rebuilding each set by hand.
Murph checks the whole file before writing, asks for consequential source, timing, grouping, or unit details instead of guessing, and validates a complete batch before saving it. Strong and Hevy imports keep their richer raw-file, refresh, edit, deletion, and replay protections; other layouts preserve the exact source, stop safely when that source was already imported, and finish with a bounded confirmation read.
Improvements
Improvement
Richer context for connected workouts
Murph can now retain bounded cadence, power, heart-rate, split, distance, duration, and swimming features from supported workouts.
Workout context can now include compact heart-rate, cadence, power in watts, speed in meters per second, and split details for each connected workout. Murph does not retain coordinates, raw points, complete curves, or provider response arrays.
Improvement
Glucose with insulin and carbohydrate context
Murph can now retain timed insulin and carbohydrate records alongside a more useful daily glucose summary from connected sources.
Glucose stays aggregate-only: Murph keeps bounded variability summaries, not the full provider timeline or raw samples.
Improvement
More complete body-composition history
Murph can now retain connected bone, muscle, visceral-fat, body-water, weight, body-fat, BMI, lean-mass, and waist measurements.
Murph accepts only documented units and valid dated records, keeps normal correction history, and does not retain provider timelines or raw sample arrays.
Improvement
More reliable workout image sequences
Workout explanations now keep complete movement sequences within a bounded image set so the whole response is less likely to fail in Messages.
Murph prioritizes the movements that benefit most from setup, transition, and endpoint frames. If a direct-chat image response fails, it remains an image task instead of being replaced with text.
Improvement
Plans use the best format for each chat
Exercise routines, training plans, schedules, and other structured answers now use the available card or movement media instead of a long plain-text layout.
Telegram uses Rich Messages when a structured layout makes the complete answer easier to scan, including when no standard Murph card fits. Exercise routine cards include available catalog images by default, unless you ask for a routine without them. Existing nutrition, summary, and exercise cards keep their familiar layouts. Messages pairs its available card or ordered movement media with the concise instructions needed to complete the plan safely. Murph uses concise text alone when a richer layout would not help.
Improvement
Oxygen and stress patterns without raw timelines
Murph can now retain bounded within-day oxygen and stress patterns when connected-source readings are close enough to support them.
It keeps sample-counted oxygen burden plus run, variation, and daypart summaries only when nearby readings support them; isolated readings stay out of continuity claims, and raw samples and full timeseries remain excluded.
Improvement
More consistent replies during wearable sync
Murph now keeps new messages in front of background wearable catch-up work, reducing avoidable reply delays while a connected device syncs.
Wearable catch-up remains retryable and resumes automatically, while normal connection checks keep their regular schedule.
Improvement
Murph starts the companion conversation
After finishing account setup in the companion app with a verified phone, Murph can now start the conversation with the standard first iMessage.
When a healthy line is available, Murph sends the usual welcome and may keep unfinished setup moving with a low-pressure check-in on the next few days. If a line cannot safely start the conversation, setup still completes, and texting an active Murph number starts it from your side.
Improvement
More complete connected-health summaries
Murph can now use sleep latency, separate activity-intensity minutes, activity-specific heart-rate fields, and bounded profile and cycle facts from connected health sources.
Activity intensity keeps the source's minute values, and activity heart-rate averages remain distinct from sleep averages. Newer complete profile and cycle snapshots can replace changed source facts and remove omitted ones, while member corrections remain in control. Invalid dates, predictions, unfamiliar values, and legacy length fields remain bounded supporting evidence.
Improvement
Clearer Personal Patterns on phones
Personal Patterns now shows distinct illustrations for activities and tags, while phone layouts keep three next-day outcomes visible without sideways scrolling.
Unrecognized activities and custom tags use neutral illustrations. Pattern calculations and evidence thresholds are unchanged.
Murph can send approved Gmail and Outlook messages and add primary-calendar events through the selected connected account again.
Email still requires a current private request. Primary-calendar actions can also follow an exact direct automation the member saved. Every action uses a selected account, and Murph does not repeat an uncertain provider result.
Improvement
Connected health sync includes every supported measurement
Connected health sync now requests every measurement Murph supports, including steps, distance, active calories, heart rate, and weight.
Murph keeps dense signals compact: steps and distance are daily totals, active calories and heart rate are hourly summaries, and weight remains an individual reading with longer history.
Improvement
Clearer Dexcom connection availability
The modern Dexcom card now says when production connections are coming soon instead of opening an unsupported setup flow.
Existing connected accounts keep their management controls, and the separate Dexcom G6 and older connection remains available.
Improvement
Shared health data stays fresh after sync
When a connected health source refreshes personal data, consented group views now pick up the newer shared snapshot on their next read.
Fresh messages keep priority. Murph checkpoints first and keeps personal sync and group sharing decoupled, without widening any sharing permission.
Improvement
Simpler local messaging setup
Local Murph setup now focuses on Telegram and no longer asks you to configure a separate email inbox.
Hosted email conversations, connected-app email actions, and Murph account or service emails are unchanged.
Reliable data exports and clearer iMessage card previews
Settings can export retained dashboard data while newer health updates process, and iMessage previews identify the kind of Murph card without exposing its private values.
New features
Feature
Recognize the people who keep a group going
After signing in, group members can see the current monthly sponsor and up to 20 recent one-time contributors on the funding page.
The list shows an alias only when the supporter chooses it after seeing who can view it and for how long; otherwise it shows Anonymous. It never shows payment amounts, caps, payer identity, payment details, or refill activity.

Improvements
Improvement
One-time reminders keep local time
When you ask for a one-time reminder in a named timezone, Murph now resolves that local date and time before saving it.
Words like tonight and tomorrow stay tied to when you asked, even if processing crosses midnight. Murph confirms the stored schedule and next deliverable occurrence before reporting or changing it, and clarifies nonexistent or ambiguous clock times instead of guessing.
Improvement
Environment reports wait for fresh details
After Murph processes an environment recording, the Environment page now requests a fresh private report and keeps showing progress until that newer report arrives.
If processing or the private report takes longer, the page offers Check again without asking for another recording.
Improvement
Use Oura sauna tags in Personal Patterns
Murph now syncs dated Oura sauna tags so repeated sauna entries can become Personal Patterns factors.
Wearable tags stay neutral notes. Personal Patterns currently treats only Oura's exact sauna tag as an action; symptoms, context, custom tags, and tags from other sources stay neutral. Existing Oura tag history receives one bounded refresh under the corrected meaning. Murph does not retain or analyze the provider's free-text note value.
Improvement
Patterns can use normalized recovery data
Personal Patterns can now compare repeated wearable activity with selected next-day recovery metrics when enough evidence exists.
The existing matching thresholds stay unchanged, and unclear or insufficient evidence still remains labeled as such.
When you ask Murph in a group to continue privately, the reply now stays in your existing personal conversation so you can follow up without starting over.
Murph still verifies the current sender, same messaging channel, direct route, expiry, and exact reviewed answer before delivery, and never posts the private answer to the group.
Improvement
Natural audience choices for personal group questions
When a group asks someone's personal Murph for help, Murph follows the requester's ordinary wording to answer here or privately.
If the audience is genuinely unclear, Murph asks a normal follow-up instead of requiring special phrasing. Before opening personal context, Murph fixes whether the reviewed answer returns to the room or the sender's existing direct chat; when it will return to the room, Murph tells the room first. Every request stays bound to the exact sender and message, retries cannot complete it both ways, it expires within ten minutes, and it grants no future access.
Improvement
Group health sharing starts after approval
When you approve an exact health share in a Murph group, Murph now starts preparing it right away and tells the group while the shared view is still getting ready.
Pending shares stay unranked and do not trigger another permission request or a guess about device status. Reapproving a recent-data share starts a fresh preparation instead of briefly reusing an older view, and preparation retries safely if the first attempt fails. Sleep-sharing prompts also state that sleep timing and duration cover the last seven days, with the same exact permission and privacy boundaries.
Improvement
Bring more wearable history into Murph
Connected wearables can now bring up to six months of supported low-frequency history, including AFib burden, VO2 max, temperature, breathing disturbance, recovery, hydration, caffeine, and mindfulness.
Dense streams stay bounded to recent data, and the longer import runs in the existing background sync only for data the connected source says it provides.
Improvement
Download retained data while updates process
Settings export now downloads the newest retained dashboard data Murph has instead of blocking while newer Oura or other health changes are still processing.
The export explains that recent changes may be absent and requests a background refresh only while health-data consent remains granted. A missing retained copy stays retryable without consuming the failed attempt's one-time challenge.
Improvement
Clearer account deletion on the web
Murph's web deletion page now explains how to remove an account even when the Android app is no longer installed.
The page keeps deletion controls available without an active subscription or renewed health-data consent, and names what the request covers, category-specific retention targets, external-delivery limits, longer-lived support, security, billing and tax records, and where to request help or partial deletion.
Static nutrition, workout, table, and challenge previews now match their iPhone layouts more closely and carry Murph's mark instead of a blank corner.
Cards keep their full rows and progress states, align each title beside Murph's mark in one shared header, and keep nutrition status in the safe text fallback instead of repeating it beneath each value.
Improvement
Understand more connected-health signals
Murph can now recognize and use more body-composition, respiratory, metabolic, cardiac, safety, accessibility, and workout signals from connected health data.
Murph checks the available normalized facts instead of assuming a source supplied them. ECG waveforms and workout streams remain compact summaries, and missing coverage stays unknown rather than becoming zero.
Improvement
Clearer iMessage card previews
iMessage conversation previews now say whether Murph sent daily nutrition, a workout, a general summary, or challenge standings.
The preview label stays free of card values in the conversation list, on the lock screen, and in notifications, while keeping a short way to ask Murph for the card in text.
Improvement
The homepage phone fits mobile screens better
On phone-size screens, the public homepage now gives its iPhone conversation preview a narrower, more natural shape while keeping the message and signup action easy to read.
Tablet and desktop proportions, conversation behavior, and the signup path are unchanged.
Connected health syncs now preserve more daily heart-rate, activity-intensity, and sleep-latency details as separate structured measurements.
Murph keeps low, medium, and high activity minutes independent, preserves the existing total, and converts provider sleep latency into canonical minutes.
Improvement
Keep more connected body composition data
Connected health syncs now preserve bone mass, muscle mass, body water, and visceral fat readings as separate structured measurements.
Murph keeps the upstream provider and units attached to each fact, omits missing values, and leaves profile height with its existing owner.
Improvement
Keep more personal health context structured
Connected health syncs now preserve more dated menstrual observations and the profile gender field as structured personal context.
Murph keeps provider predictions excluded, records categorical observations without treating them as diagnoses, and keeps gender separate from biological sex.
Improvement
Clearer recovery when a physical note cannot print
If a printer rejects a physical note, Murph now explains whether to check the address, remake the artwork, or wait for a Murph-side fix.
Nothing is claimed as sent, uncertain submissions are not retried, and printer details stay out of the conversation.
Improvement
Cards after every meal and workout update
Eligible private meal logs and verified live-workout mutations now return their refreshed card in the same response, including ordinary meals and incremental set updates.
Murph uses the card as the complete reply when the owning safety, authority, evidence, route, and bounded-card checks pass; otherwise it falls back to truthful concise text.
Improvement
Shared cards point back to Murph
Messages can offer Murph from the App Store when the app is missing, while opening a shared card on the web shows the same short handoff.
The page keeps the card details opaque and leaves the shared link unchanged. Ordinary homepage links stay unaffected, while Messages continues to own the interactive card and its install prompt.
Training, group photos, OpenAI photo detail, wearable recovery, Starter, personality, reminders, cards, voices, and more
Training shows saved workouts; generated images can become group photos on request; Luna, Terra, and Sol on OpenAI review one first photo more closely; health settings, workout timing, and wearable recovery are clearer; Starter waits until used; personality stays editable; referrals stay in their chat; reminders keep local time; cards and voices stay clear; search is current.
New features
Feature
Use a generated image as your group photo
After Murph creates and sends an image, ask it to use that same image as the current group photo.
Murph changes the photo only after an explicit group request and after the exact generated image is visible in the conversation. Pending or mismatched media stays blocked.
Feature
Review your training in one private view
Open Training to see your active workout, recent sessions, 30-day consistency, and exercise progress from workouts already saved with Murph.
The page is read-only and intentionally stays out of Home navigation. Keep logging and changes in your private Murph conversation; when you return, Training checks for the saved update while keeping the last private view visible.
Eligible new members receive a Starter usage balance that remains available until it is used, with remaining usage and paid plan choices visible in Settings.
Eligible legacy trial value carries into Starter. When the balance is exhausted, Murph pauses AI work without deleting account state and Settings offers eligible paid plans; usage top-ups remain available only to active paid-plan owners.
Patterns compares days with and without a repeated activity or logged experiment action, then shows how next-day sleep and recovery differed.
It uses your existing history when enough comparable days are available, requires the direction to repeat across the observation window, and shows association rather than cause. Murph's weekly health insight checks the same evidence and stays quiet when nothing clears the bar.
Choose Murph's main and optional supporting personality in Settings, or ask Murph to change them in chat.
Both paths update the same saved personality. Explicit tone, voice, Humor, Push, and Detail choices stay unchanged; where you have not customized tone or voice, Settings shows the selected personality's defaults. A group request changes only that room's Murph rather than anyone's private settings.
Settings now presents Starter usage and unavailable models more concisely while keeping relevant plan and upgrade choices visible.
Improvement
Family invites recover from unfinished setup
A never-paid Family setup no longer traps a later invite, and Settings now clearly separates starting a plan you pay for from joining with someone else's invite.
Murph removes only an inert owner-only draft as part of successful invite acceptance. If a Checkout is still live, Settings explains the conflict and can expire and abandon that exact unpaid setup before the member retries the invite.
Referral celebrations stay in the right conversation
Referral reward celebrations now stay attached to their intended direct conversation, and an interrupted one can safely resume without leaving later work waiting behind it.
Murph resumes the already-pending celebration itself and rechecks the original direct conversation before any new response work. It never switches to a newer route; if the original conversation is no longer authorized, that celebration ends without sending so later notifications can continue.
Improvement
Blood-pressure history waits for the whole sync
When Murph is recovering older blood-pressure readings, a temporary change in source access no longer lets an unfinished history import look complete.
Murph keeps the same history window available to retry after access returns and marks it complete only after every remaining day finishes under the currently connected source.
Improvement
Wearable sync can recover without waking the assistant
Pending wearable updates can now finish their sync work even while scheduled assistant automations are paused.
Fresh messages still take priority. Murph checkpoints recovered health-data changes before marking them handled, retries safely when a source remains pending, and does not start an AI response just to finish the sync.
Improvement
Reminders keep the time you asked for
When you schedule a recurring reminder in a named timezone, Murph now preserves that local time through saving and later edits.
The confirmation comes from the saved schedule and scheduler's next deliverable occurrence. If timing cannot be verified, or an old one-time reminder can no longer fire, Murph says so and offers a bounded recovery instead of inventing a time.
Improvement
Murph keeps local and UTC times straight
When Murph compares a message with connected health activity, it now sees the local clock beside the exact UTC instant instead of having to relabel a raw timestamp.
That makes timing explanations more reliable across daylight-saving changes. Wearable imports also separate provider-send, Murph-receipt, and successful-import timing when those clocks are available, without putting health values in operational logs.
Improvement
Voice memos keep your chosen voice
Ordinary voice memos now use the voice already selected for your Murph instead of switching voices on their own.
A different named voice is used only when you explicitly ask to test it or request that voice for one memo. Saving a named voice and asking to hear it immediately still works as a one-time preview.
Improvement
Luna, Terra, and Sol get a closer look at one first photo
Across Luna, Terra, and Sol on OpenAI, Murph now reviews one available initial photo with more detail.
Multiple available initial photos, follow-up photos added while Murph is working, Venice, and custom inference stay at high detail to keep visual input cost and compatibility bounded.
Improvement
Response cards stay compact in Messages
Workout detail and nutrition goal direction now stay inside their cards instead of repeating a long summary beneath the static image.
Fallback cards have no duplicate badge or corner mask. Nutrition goals use short in-card direction labels without repeating target amounts, older sent workout cards remain readable, and generic tables keep their optional subtitle.
Improvement
Managed OpenAI web search works again
When Murph uses managed OpenAI, its built-in web search can reach current information again instead of stopping with a forbidden-request error.
Search still runs through Murph's existing protected managed OpenAI provider connection and returns in the same conversation. Other provider choices keep their current search behavior.
Improvement
Confirmed appointments come with a reminder
When a future care appointment is confirmed in a private conversation, Murph now creates one useful reminder by default unless you opt out.
Morning appointments use the prior evening, later appointments use the same morning, and Murph keeps the same reminder up to date when an appointment is rescheduled or canceled.
Improvement
Scheduled cards use the current private conversation
Authorized scheduled nutrition cards now use the member's current private Messages conversation, so the native card can arrive without a new inbound message.
The same live destination check covers ordinary replies, cards, voice memos, and reactions. If the route changes before delivery, Murph stops instead of sending to a stale conversation or exposing private text through recovery.
Improvement
Completed workout rows keep their checkmark
Completed exercises now keep a clear checkmark in Messages workout cards, including their static previews.
The status mark is part of the card image itself, so it stays visible anywhere the static preview is shown.
Improvement
Health data controls line up with Settings
Health data use now keeps source and consent actions aligned with the other Settings controls on larger screens while staying compact on phones.
Manage sources and Withdraw consent keep their existing destinations, confirmation, status, and recovery behavior.
The public homepage now uses compact avatar images while continuing to prepare secure sign-in automatically in the background.
Cold sign-in still opens immediately, announces its loading state, keeps keyboard focus when the form arrives, and retries a temporary loading failure. Text contrast is also clearer across the updated sections.
Environment reports show their shape while loading
The private Environment report now opens with a clear preparing state and a report-shaped preview instead of a mostly empty page.
The preview mirrors the printable report and gives immediate feedback while the existing private Browser Vault opens. The finished report, empty state, and error recovery continue unchanged.
A public referral home, the Max plan, personalized contact cards, live workout logging, safer Family setup, private group follow-ups, clearer connection paths, and stronger conversation recovery all landed together.
New features
Feature
Referral rewards have a public home
The new Referral page explains the earning paths currently available, shows rewards in Murph usage days, and keeps your reusable link ready to copy when link rewards are on.
The page separates personal signup rewards from group missions, states eligibility before you share, returns you after sign-in, and keeps another member's identity and private data out of reward confirmations.
Max is a new $50 monthly personal plan with Murph's highest included AI usage for frequent deep research, analysis, and heavier ongoing use.
Settings uses the existing plan-change confirmation and Stripe handoff. Upgrades activate after payment confirmation, scheduled downgrades stay visible, and an exhausted Max plan points to the existing add-usage or reset recovery.
Ask Murph in a private iMessage conversation for a new contact photo and get one saveable contact card with the generated square image and your current Murph line.
The request is one-shot and stays bound to the turn that asked for it. Murph refuses an ambiguous route before generation and never reports a card as delivered unless the sending service confirms it.

Feature
Start Family setup safely from a group
When someone asks about a Murph Family plan in a group, Murph now offers a private conversation or a stable browser handoff into that person's Family settings.
The group never reads Family status or creates billing and invite links. Sign-in happens before the personal Settings handoff, and Family requests stay distinct from sponsoring or adding usage to the current room.

Set this up privately
Continue in your private Murph conversation or sign in to open your Family settings.
Murph can start a live structured workout, add exercises, log or correct one exact set, clear a mistake without shifting later sets, and finish with the elapsed duration.
Saved routine targets remain plans, never completed work. Repeating an explicit set update changes the same recorded set, and repeated same-day workout tallies now count planned occurrences without inventing missing repetitions.

Feature
Continue a group question privately
Ask Murph in a group to continue with you privately, and your personal Murph can send the answer only to your verified direct chat on the same channel.
Murph uses the exact group message author and checks the direct chat before personal work begins. If no eligible direct chat is available, Murph asks you to open one on that channel and retry.
Improvements
Improvement
Group sleep checks use fresh shared data
Murph now checks the current shared sleep record before answering, counts reported Deep and REM sleep as soon as those values are shared, and includes explicit manual corrections.
The latest manual correction for a sleep date wins and is labeled Manual instead of a connected source. Reconnected sources no longer combine an old disconnected status with a newer sync time. Future-dated entries stay excluded, and missing data remains unverified.
Improvement
Connections explain the route before you leave
Direct connections now explain the handoff before authorization, Apple Health relay sources use recognizable service icons, and unsupported sources get verified export guidance.
Relay cards still make Apple Health ownership clear. Manual exports are described as snapshots rather than live sync, private files move to your private Murph, and Murph does not invent an export menu it cannot verify.
Murph now routes weight loss, weight gain, cutting, bulking, recomposition, and maintenance into one evidence-backed body-composition approach.
The guidance keeps the roles of nutrition and training clear, compares trends in consistent units, minimizes tracking burden, and uses separate safety handling when pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, or under-fueling changes the answer.

Group replies respect who has the floor
Murph now understands the native reply relationship between group messages and gives ordinary conversations a longer beat before answering.
A reply edge never invents the target's words or identity. Human-owned beats can finish silently, urgent coordination skips avoidable delay, and a burst still produces at most one terminal action for the room's current moment.

Group sponsorship stays quiet by default
Funding a group no longer produces a song or other public creative response unless the payer opens the optional personalization and chooses one.
Message, poem, and 15-second song are explicit formats. Usage credit is granted independently of creative success, and missing or older customization state never counts as song consent.

Response cards survive long turns and newer messages
Private nutrition and compact-table cards now keep their full structure when a long conversation is condensed and still use Murph's verified web address.
The result returns as one card in the same conversation with an accurate static or text fallback. Empty fallbacks stay silent, and invalid card data is rejected.

Nutrition cards fit Messages cleanly
Static nutrition cards now use Messages' own app icon and rounded frame, with only the date and meal count beneath the card unless totals are partial.
Calories, nutrient totals, and goal status stay inside the card without a second Murph badge or a long repeat below it. Provider chrome keeps only a short partial-data warning when needed.
Improvement
Typing can warm Murph before you send
For an established private chat, an authenticated typing hint can help Murph get ready while you compose the message.
Typing is never treated as a message, permission, or delivery claim. Unknown or ineligible hints quietly fall back to the normal path, and the later accepted message still owns the reply.

Recurring automations repeat themselves less
Dynamic recurring automations can now use a small recent-output history to avoid substantially repeating the same quote, fact, prompt, suggestion, or recommendation.
The history stays tied to the current version of the automation. Exact-text reminders remain exact, and old output is treated as history rather than a new instruction.
Improvement
The iOS app is one click from the website
Murph's public footer now includes a direct link to the official iOS App Store listing alongside the existing product links.
The link opens in a new tab with the existing external-link safeguards and keeps the current footer hierarchy intact on desktop and mobile.

Restarts keep the latest conversation work
When Murph restarts while saving its latest work, the new instance now waits for that exact handoff instead of restoring an older conversation.
The handoff remains automatic and limited in time. A faster save preserves the same protection for restored and newly arrived messages without adding routine startup delay.

Privacy cleanup continues while Murph is paused
Pausing Murph no longer blocks already-authorized cleanup of expired private inbox media.
Ordinary replies stay paused. Only already-approved retention cleanup can briefly resume, remove expired media, and save the cleaned state.

Background results leave more room for current replies
Proactive follow-ups and completed phone-call results now do less blocking background work, leaving current replies more room to run during busy moments.
Current replies still keep priority, while card and call destinations, duplicate protection, and recovery stay unchanged.

Feedback can carry bounded reproduction context
When a product problem has useful reproduction evidence, the internal feedback path can store a bounded model-written summary with concise steps and environment context instead of attaching the raw conversation or service response.
Ordinary feedback remains silent and best-effort. Recognizable shaped identifiers and secrets receive deterministic scrubbing, but the path does not claim that every private meaning can be detected or removed.
