The short answer
Choose Murph
Choose Murph if you want steady, private support with your health day to day rather than a scan every year or two. Murph keeps your records, questions, and reminders in one conversation.
Choose Prenuvo
Prenuvo is the better fit when a focused or whole-body MRI is what you want, and the cost, the travel, and the chance of follow-up tests are acceptable.
Can Murph and Prenuvo work together?
Use Prenuvo for the imaging and the clinical review. Then bring the report and plan into Murph. Murph holds onto the plan, helps you write questions for specialists, coordinates appointments, and reminds you about the health steps you agreed to.

Material tradeoffs
- Every option means travel to a supported imaging location and costs much more than a software service.
- Whole-body MRI can turn up incidental findings that need more clinical workup.
- Blood panels and repeated provider reviews come with memberships, not with every standalone scan.
- Murph cannot take or interpret MRI images.
Common questions about Murph and Prenuvo
Can Murph replace a Prenuvo MRI?
No. Murph has no imaging hardware and cannot read scans like a radiologist. Murph can help you prepare for the appointment and manage questions or follow-up after the clinical review.
Does a Prenuvo scan replace standard cancer screening?
No. Prenuvo says whole-body MRI is an adjunct. It does not replace established screening such as mammography, colonoscopy, cervical screening, or imaging your clinician orders for a specific reason.
Are blood tests included with every Prenuvo scan?
No. The standalone scan includes imaging and a one-time results process. Blood panels, repeat labs, and broader ongoing review belong to specific annual membership tiers.
