Ask how you slept in a private chat to see your wearable sleep summary in one card.
The card shows the sleep values available for that night and leaves missing values out. Questions about a specific metric still get a direct text answer.

If you text Murph while it's looking at a meal photo you sent from the app, its reply about that photo still arrives as soon as it's ready.
When Murph can't tell what's in a drink or dish, or how much you had, it asks. If you check whether your photo arrived while that's still unclear, Murph confirms it and asks the same question instead of just saying the contents are unknown.
When your phone or wearable is syncing, Murph now starts on a meal photo you send from the app without waiting for the sync to settle.
A reply that's ready to go out also sends on Murph's next check, even while new device data keeps arriving.
Daily and weekly reminders now send every time they're scheduled, even when you don't reply.
Murph no longer adds a question about keeping, changing, or pausing a reminder you haven't answered, and it no longer goes quiet after a few quiet days. A reminder stops or changes only when you ask. If you've already told Murph you did the thing, it still skips that one reminder.
GPT-5.6 Sol is no longer available in Murph. Existing reminders saved with it continue on GPT-6.1 Sol.
Schedules and explicit reasoning settings stay the same. GPT-5.6 Luna remains available, and past usage records remain intact.
After you approve a file Murph prepared, like a ZIP of your vault, Murph now knows it was sent and says so if you ask.
Asking for the file again starts a fresh copy with a new approval, instead of pointing you back to the one you already approved.

New features
Ask Murph to set up a one-on-one game in a chat with just you, the other player and Murph.
Choose your tasks, days, length, start day and a prize or dare. Murph lays out the terms, and the other player agrees in chat before the game starts. You can also accept a Play again rematch in that chat. Both players need a game profile in the Murph app. Games remain invite only.
Improvements
When we update how Murph talks, your conversation now carries on instead of starting fresh.
Murph picks up the new guidance in the same conversation, so it still remembers what you were just talking about. Some bigger updates to Murph's tools can still start a fresh conversation.
After you clarify a photo meal with Murph, Meals can show its updated dish name and nutrition sooner.
The update keeps the original meal and photo, and no longer waits through the conversation's idle window before refreshing the saved view.
With several games going, Murph checks which one you mean before changing anything.
If only one game fits, Murph just does it. Rematch messages say who takes which task, missed-day messages say plainly whose post is missing, and asks for a locked change come with what can still change.
When you and a friend have more than one game going, Murph names each game by its tasks in your shared chat.
Change requests, kickoffs and end-of-game messages say which game they're about, and a new game no longer repeats the reminder offer. Invites and rematches are accepted in the app.
Older meal labels get short dish names, making your Meals list easier to scan.
Ingredient lists and extra place or portion details stay in the notes. Nutrition estimates, meal times, and photos stay the same.
Game posts now respect scheduled days off, and Murph writes a different “Most likely to…” line for each player.
A day-off message tells you when to return. Recap lines draw on the posts and words both players shared during the game.
Past game cards with a friend now show what each of you took on and the prize or dare.
The cards use the agreed wording from that game, with each task shown from your side.
Game history gives photos priority when choosing previews from a past game.
Each game can contribute up to six photo previews, kept in day order. Older app versions can still show other posts when fewer photos are available.
Game history now includes words posts alongside photos in its previews.
Supported app versions show words in their day-order slot. Hidden, withdrawn and reported posts stay out of your previews.
Murph keeps a small private thumbnail of meal photos so you can revisit a meal after its full-size photo expires.
Full-size photos have a 90-day retention target. Thumbnails stay while the meal exists; deleting the meal removes its photos. Older meals gain thumbnails as they are processed, when an original photo is still available.

In group chats, Murph shows typing only when it has a message ready to send, so reactions, edits and conversations it stays out of no longer set it off.
In one-on-one chats, typing starts when Murph begins writing your reply, and it can still appear while Murph prepares a photo or voice memo you send.
Finished games and their photo previews load with less waiting in the Games tab.
Your scores, opponent records and photo visibility stay the same.
Recap links on a computer now open a story card with a gold ticket to scan with your iPhone.
The layout stacks in narrow windows. iPhone and iPad visitors keep the same Open in Murph handoff.
Recap links opened on a computer now show a QR code to scan with your iPhone camera.
The code opens the same recap link on your phone. iPhone and iPad visitors keep the Open in Murph button, and the App Store link stays available.
Support can refresh a finished game's story and share it in the same game chat.
The previous recap stays available until its replacement is accepted. The recap link opens the updated story in Murph.
Recap links in your group chat now show a gold recap ticket instead of the homepage preview.
The preview is the same for every game. Names, scores and photos stay out of the link preview.
New meal logs use short dish names, making Meals easier to scan.
Portions, places, and uncertainty stay in the notes. Older labels lose common prefixes and trailing notes when Meals next refreshes, while the original records and nutrition estimates stay intact.

Improvements
Say how much of a saved recipe you had, like a cup and a half of your usual smoothie, and Murph estimates your portion and sends your nutrition card.
Murph works out the batch size from the recipe's ingredients instead of asking you for it, and marks the result as an estimate.
If you have nutrition targets, the card you get after logging a meal shows the progress ring and target colors again.
Some cards sent after a meal showed an empty ring and gray numbers even though every meal had complete totals. Murph now works out on-target, under, and over the same way every time.

Improvements
Heart-rate and activity-calorie history can keep syncing when a day contains too much data to process at once.
Sync work continues in complete hours, preserving progress already saved. An individual hour must finish successfully before that work advances.

Improvements
If a connected service interrupts account deletion, you can retry from the same signed-in session.
Your account remains paused while deletion is unfinished. A retry still requires a valid session and the deletion confirmation.
Older live games and shared photos stay available, and simultaneous rematch requests lead to one game.
The late-post grace period accepts photos captured during the day that just ended, with the existing clock allowance.
